Maxim is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting at George Mason University and is also part of the Bachelor’s/Accelerated Master’s program, which allows students to begin graduate-level coursework while completing their undergraduate degree. Through her experience at Lipsey & Associates, she is building a strong foundation in tax preparation and accounting research. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue expanding her knowledge in tax accounting while honing the skills needed to grow in the profession. Outside of work and school, Maxim enjoys playing pickleball, taking Pilates classes, traveling with friends, and finding new cafés to study at.
